About Jávea / Xàbia
Jávea sits between two capes at the northern tip of the Costa Blanca and works as three separate places: the honey-stone old town inland, the fishing port with its seafood terraces, and the Arenal, the only sandy beach, lined with bars. Around them are hillsides of villas with sea views over Cala Granadella, regularly voted Spain's best cove. Distances between the three zones are 2-3 km, so a private transfer to Jávea that knows the urbanisations matters more here than almost anywhere on the coast.

Travel tips
- Granadella's small car park fills before 10:00 in July and August; go early or late.
- Villa addresses use urbanisation names (Balcón al Mar, Tosalet, Cap Martí) — send the exact one when booking.
- The old town market on Thursday morning is the best place for local produce.
