Málaga Airport Transfers: Costa del Sol Times and Prices
How long it takes from Málaga Airport to Torremolinos, Benalmádena, Fuengirola, Marbella, Puerto Banús, Estepona and Nerja, and what a fixed private price includes.
The coast in driving minutes
Málaga Airport sits at the eastern end of the Costa del Sol strip. Torremolinos is barely ten minutes away, Benalmádena fifteen, Fuengirola twenty-five, Marbella and Puerto Banús around forty, and Estepona an hour. Nerja lies in the other direction, roughly an hour east along the A-7. The AP-7 toll road saves twenty minutes on Marbella and Estepona runs in peak season and is included in our fixed prices.
What the fixed price covers
Our Costa del Sol prices are per vehicle, not per seat, and include tolls, taxes, luggage, flight monitoring, meet and greet with a name sign and 60 minutes of free waiting. Child seats and boosters are free. There is no night surcharge and no extra charge for a second suitcase, which is the part most airport taxi comparisons miss.
Golf, villas and hillside addresses
Villas above Marbella, Mijas and Benahavís sit on steep private roads that mapping apps read badly. Share a pin location as well as the address and the driver plans the final approach before you land.
Day trips inland
Many guests base themselves on the coast and travel inland for a day: Granada and the Alhambra are about 1 h 45, Córdoba and Seville between two and two and a half hours. Booking the same driver for the round trip usually costs less than two one-way transfers and means your bags stay in the vehicle.
