Zaragoza travel guide & transfers
Basilica of El Pilar, Mudéjar towers and great tapas halfway to Madrid
About Zaragoza
Zaragoza, the capital of Aragon, sits on the Ebro river roughly halfway between Barcelona and Madrid. It is crowned by the Basilica of Our Lady of the Pillar, holds the Moorish Aljafería palace and has a tapas district, El Tubo, packed with tiny bars. The city is about 310 km from Barcelona Airport, around three hours by private transfer, a popular choice for business travellers and families relocating with lots of luggage.
