Golf Transfers in Catalonia: Airports, Clubs and Clubs Bags

Where the courses are
Catalonia's best-known courses cluster around Girona. PGA Catalunya at Caldes de Malavella is 15 minutes from Girona Airport and about an hour from Barcelona; Empordà and Platja de Pals sit near the coast north-east of Girona; Golf d'Aro overlooks Platja d'Aro. Closer to the city, Real Club de Golf El Prat at Terrassa and Club de Golf Barcelona at Sant Esteve Sesrovires are both under 40 minutes from the airport.
Golf bags decide the vehicle
A tour bag takes roughly the boot space of two large suitcases. Two golfers with bags and cases fit a comfort SUV; four golfers need the premium minivan, and eight need two vehicles. Tell us the number of bags separately from the suitcases when you book, because that single detail is the most common cause of a vehicle being too small on arrival.
Straight from arrivals to the tee
If your tee time is the same day, allow the flight time plus baggage reclaim plus the drive plus 45 minutes at the club. We track the flight, so a delay does not lose you the car — but it can still lose you the slot, so book a generous tee time.
Multi-course weeks
Groups playing a different course each day usually keep the same driver and vehicle for the week. Morning runs from a coastal hotel to the Girona courses take 30 to 50 minutes, and the driver can return in the afternoon or wait, whichever works out cheaper for your schedule.
