Group Transfers in Barcelona: Moving 8 to 30 People
How large groups, weddings and sports teams move from Barcelona Airport with multiple minivans, staggered flights and one fixed price per vehicle.
Vehicles, capacity and the maths
Our premium minivan seats seven passengers with seven suitcases, the comfort SUV four, and the economy sedan three. A group of fourteen with full luggage therefore needs two minivans, and a party of twenty-five needs four. We prefer several minivans to one coach: they use the same door-to-door pick-up points, park where coaches cannot and keep travelling parties together.
Groups arriving on different flights
Wedding parties and stag or hen groups rarely land together. We can either send a vehicle per flight, each tracked separately, or hold one vehicle for a short consolidation window if the arrivals are within about 45 minutes. Tell us every flight number at booking and we build the schedule from the live arrival times rather than the printed ones.
Sports teams and bulky equipment
Bikes, golf bags, skis and instrument cases all need declaring by size and quantity. They usually mean one extra vehicle rather than a surcharge, and it is far cheaper to plan that in advance than to discover it in the car park.
Where groups usually go
The most common group runs are the airport to city-centre hotels, the airport to the cruise port before an embarkation, and the airport to Costa Brava or Costa Dorada resorts for weddings and reunions. All are quoted per vehicle, so the cost per person falls as the group fills the seats.
How to request a group quote
Send one WhatsApp message with the total passengers, suitcase count, all flight numbers, the destination address and whether you need child seats. We reply with the vehicle split and a single fixed total, and we can invoice the organiser once for the whole movement.
