About Tossa de Mar

Tossa de Mar is the only surviving fortified medieval village on the Catalan coast. Its 12th-century Vila Vella walls curve around a headland straight above the main beach, and the coastal road north towards Sant Feliu is one of the most spectacular drives in Spain. Smaller and calmer than Lloret, it suits couples and families looking for character.
