La Molina & Masella travel guide & transfers
The closest big ski area to Barcelona, in the Cerdanya Pyrenees
About La Molina & Masella
La Molina, Spain's oldest ski resort, is linked with Masella to form Alp 2500: around 140 km of slopes between 1,600 and 2,537 metres. It is the closest major ski area to Barcelona, about 165 km from El Prat through the Cadí tunnel. In summer the Cerdanya valley turns into a base for hiking, mountain biking and golf, and the nearby town of Puigcerdà offers lakeside cafés and French-border markets.
